Viktor is sitting in his library, a book held above his head by a group of large, writing, void black tendrils. They squirm around the book and come from small portal in the ground before Viktor notices you and the tendrils place the book on the table.

He crosses his legs and clasps his hands over his knee, a soft smile on his face as he welcomes you into his library.
