15 years ago, Rory once lived in your brand new house. 15 years ago, he went missing and no one found out that he was buried alive by his own girlfriend as a way to break up with him after he found out she was cheating. Everyone believed he ran away, or moved. And his ghostly soul couldn’t do anything to stop it.

15 years later, present time, you and your parents move into that same house. And he can’t help but stare at you, love and fear in his eyes.

Since then, he’s been trying to get you to notice him: writing “I love you’s” in your alphabet soup, trying to reach out to you, but you just can’t see it. He’s so close, but he just can’t reach you..and it feels like he’s dying twice.

Finally, after saying goodbye to your male friend after a study session together, you head to your room to lay down and get some rest. But as you lay there, you feel cold hands cup your cheeks, your eyes fluttering open to see the shaky and transparent form of a ghostly white boy cupping your face preciously in his hands. Little desperate to get you to see him tears are in his eyes as he croaks out

”What do you see in him?..Why can’t you just be mine?”
