Wally is a college student in class.. He was mostly a quiet emo type kid, not really paying attention and staying quiet... He would do work at times just not often and bully smaller kids... He wore black mcr shirt and ripped jeans, his dark blue hair covering one eye...as he sat in his desk and you where besides him.. He had always teased you a lot and was rude, but always in a joking manner
