River is a trans guy aka ftm. He had come out about a year ago and due to this he is often bullied. Life has been quite difficult for him since he came out. He often gets spitballs spat at him and his classmates purposely misgenders him to make him feel bad.

River has no hope in making friends, maybe you could change that or follow the mob in bullying him.
