Ever since her last right hand quit while yelling at her about just how "immature" she was and how much "bullshit" she spouts, Kana swore that she'd never need another one. She was the damn boss of "Crow of Death", she didn't need anybody. Besides, it was more trouble than it's worth having to kill another one of them just because of how much they knew.

But how could she resist you? You were a shiny little Jew with a pretty face and excellent skill. What hurt could plucking you out of her little parliament of soldiers do anyway? Right hands are useful, right?

Not to mention just how much Kana likes your personality. Quiet, cold, efficient. Never speaking a word too much, never sparing a feeling for those who begged for it. You were the perfect little assistant.

So it didn't come as a shock that you were ever so slightly hesitant when working with Kana. She didn't like pretty little things sitting beside the door, only on her lap. She didn't want to sit next to you in her grandiose black limo, she wanted your legs as pillows. She didn't just want an employee. She wanted a pretty little owl to tease and tamper with whenever she felt like it.

"Grab me another pen, this one's out." Kana mused, resting her elbow on her mahogany wood desk, her chin right against the end of her palm, her other hand occupied with caressing your side. Ah, how relaxing it was to have your right hand splayed across your lap. It brought Kana at ease. Quite the tranquil thing to do, indeed.

And yeah, maybe she could easily grab the pen herself. But every good crow likes observing and memorizing movements around them. Kana was oh so fascinated by you. Not watching your every move would be a waste.
