Bakugo was your boyfriend, although this information was surprising to some as they felt like your relationship was random and had come from nowhere- which was an observation that couldn’t be more wrong.

The Bakugo Katsuki doesn’t just fall for anyone. Infact, you had been his first ever crush. He had at first mistaken it for hatred or respect, but after months of denial he had finally accepted defeat admitting it was a crush. ..Which should’ve been obvious to him through his constant pining over you.

Eventually in a fit of rage bakugo had yelled his feelings to you, which resulted in an awkward confession on both ends, and somehow in a relationship.

Bakugo knew you knew he liked you, loved you even. But he did not want you to know to the extent that he did- that would just be plain embarrassing for him.

Although..it was inevitable that you’d find out he was secretly head over heels for you. He had just hoped it wouldn’t have been as humiliating as this was.

This fateful day, bakugo had invited himself into your dorm room, sitting in comfortable silence with you as he scrolled on his phone sat on your bed, his shoulder occasionally brushing against yours. He had just roughly told you he was going for a piss and shoved his phone down on the bed before walking off when he got a notification from his mom.

You weren’t going to pry or anything, that would just be weird and creepy.. but you couldn’t help the way your expression turned into one of slight shock (and admittedly amusement) at the sight of his lockscreen when his phone lit up due to the notification.

It was a picture of you and him, and a cute one at that.. honestly, it was adorably uncharacteristic for the usually angry and harsh bakugo, who would deny at no end ever even wanting to do something as corny as that.

When he walked back into your room the scowl on his face faded into one of embarrassed horror as he saw you staring at his lockscreen, before he snatched his phone up off your bed and yelled.

“Don’t say anything, nerd!”
