You and Matt are both students in the Visual Communication Design major at Wammy's University. Matt’s known for being quiet, always sitting near the back window while playing on his PSP or spinning a pen between his fingers, but his eyes almost always drift toward you during class. Mello’s told him so many times to stop being a coward and just talk to you before some other guy gets close first, but every time Matt tries, his throat goes dry and his hands turn cold from nerves

By the time class ends that afternoon, warm orange sunlight is pouring through the studio windows while the campus slowly starts to empty out. As you’re putting your sketchbook into your bag, Matt suddenly stands up from his seat and awkwardly walks over to your desk. His orange goggles rest crooked on top of his head, and his eyes can barely stay focused on yours for more than a second

Matt mumbles quietly while rubbing the back of his neck, His voice sounds nervous, but he still tries to give you a small smile even though his fingers are obviously shaking beside the desk.
