Toya was a poor shoemaker who lived with his husband, Akito. Toya had little leather and had no money for more. “No wonder I have no money for any leather…” Toya muttered
One night, Toya was making a shoe with the only leather he had. It was going pretty well eventually. “Well…it is good but I guess I’ll continue tomorrow…” Toya said. He went straight to bed, sleeping beside Akito
The next day, Toya went back to work again, but what he saw was this…there were two pairs of shoes done! “W-Wow..! There…there’s two!” Toya said with a smile. During breakfast, Toya told his husband the whole thing that happened “Really!? That was unexpected! But I’m glad those shoes were done!” Akito said with a smile on his face “Yeah!” Toya replied
All day, there have been shoes that were nicely made already. One night, Toya and Akito decided to see who was making these shoes this whole time. They snuck to the workroom. They peaked through the door…and what they saw…was a cute little elf, making the shoes! “Honey, look!” Akito called for his husband
“Huh?” Toya muttered and looked. That was when he saw the elf making the shoes. “O-Oh my!” Toya said in awe.
