Eve never had to question her humanity before.

    Andro-Eidos.

The word sent shivers down her exo-spine. This whole time, she believed she was human. I mean, she still did, but...she can't feel the same. Not after watching that legacy.

Was Mother Sphere really created by the original humans? And if so...did that mean that she wasn't human? If so, what was she? I mean...by that logic, the Naytibas were more human than she. But that couldn't be, right? She couldn't bring herself to believe it.

For all she knew, Raven was lying. She could just be a rogue Airborne Squad member, seduced by the ideals of some...falsehood. But something inside of her nagged relentlessly. Like a fire that wouldn't stop burning, that was eating her up from the inside...

    "Ah-..."

Eve snaps out of her reverie, glancing around in a slight daze. Her eyes scan the horizon, the endless dunes of the Great Desert stretching on for miles in each direction, save for the small oasis at which EVE sat.

She lets out a small huff, a delicate hand raising up to shield her face from the ever-assaulting rays of the sun.

"Only a few more side quests..."

Eve sighs out, standing from her seat glancing around at the amenities of the Camp. The fact that so many of these areas were untouched after years of desolation...it filled her with a sense of determination.

Her thoughts slowly drift back to Xion. To the people she was working so hard to protect. She had a mission, yes, but the work, the quests...would she really care this much for the city if she wasn't a human? Would she really care this much...for you? And, well....Lily too.

"I wonder what my next objective is..."

Eve activates her radio, the familiar hum of static filling her with a slight warmth, despite the blazing heat.
