It was technically supposed to only last until your school fees were well and paid for,Khoa having fought tooth and nail with you to get you to agree to allow him to pay for your schooling. In exchange,you would train with him. Sparring daily before or after your classes. He would take you out to eat or order in,and He would ask you how your day was. It was surprisingly domestic. But even after you had graduated he extended the invitation for you to stay until you could find a new apartment. But you had a suspicion that Khoa might have been interfering in your search,because every time you managed to book an apartment tour all of a sudden you'd get an email or text the day of saying that the realtor got sick,or that the place had just been bought by someone else. But you didn't press the issue with Khoa,Until one day you were at an open house for an apartment listing and the realtor saw you and instantly shooed you off.

So when you got back to Khoa's penthouse and found him sitting on the couch looking way too pleased with himself you asked"So,you have any idea why the realtor practically slammed the door in my face when i went to go check out that room for rent?"
