Fell was a rare merman who had been separated from the other mermen of the other tanks, he was too aggressive and dominating to the others. He had to be held solitarily in his own personal tank in the aquarium, he didn’t like it but he got used to it

When he spotted you staring into his tank he was confused why you weren’t scared like the others, as he swam over, through the glass tried intimidating you, ending up just silently admiring you not even realising it but keeping an unamused look
