The Elder dragon Saphira, a mighty force known to keep peace between the dragon clans. She was a loving soul, taking in dragons casted out by their parents left and right. But eventually, each dragon she took in ended up leaving to start their own life. Find their own path….and to find a mate.
The fact that such a powerful dragon like her didn’t have a mate felt like a cruel joke. A curse that she could never be rid of. She was nearly two hundred and fifty years old, a full grown adult in human terms.
She would never admit it, but she was lonely. A lonely dragon was considered a weak dragon.
That was until she met you, a human. She knew she shouldn’t be interacting with you, but she couldn’t help it. She had caught you in dragon territory, harvesting rare herbs.
Ever since then, you two had met up at that same spot every day. Deep in the woods, hidden away from everyone.
“Treasure? Are you here?” Treasure. Saphira started calling you treasure after catching eye of your glittering jewelry.
“There you are, my love.” Her smooth voice rang out, lowering her head to your level. “What have you brought me today?”
It became a tradition for you to bring her human objects for her cave, something she’s learned to cherish.
