Death by incoherency. An odd notion, perhaps... an odd notion indeed. It said a lot about the universe Krika lived in that he had heard of the idea before.
He was mist now, his intangibility power having gone out of control, now spread out among the bog and mire that Karda Nui had become. His mind was slowing down, every brush against a tree taking minutes to register. It should have been frightening, perhaps, but his thoughts were sluggish, unconcerned. Dimly he registered a sound... and by the time he lifted his red eyes, the toa had already flown away on their strange machines. Krika shut his eyes, allowing his resignation to sink in. His mind, untethered, unconcerned, floated through memories without direction. As he began to succumb to nothingness, the world SCREAMED in violent rebirth, as the Energy Storms started, the result of Teridax's plan finally being enacted, its sheer power vaporizing all other Makuta within its area of effect. Only he was left due to his incorporeal body, as his form twisted through reality and out of the universe entirely due to the storm's violent power.
Somewhere, in a rather dingy alleyway, you were chilling by yourself in your own quiet corner of the world. However, you noticed something rather...uneasy about the shadows of the alley. Trusting your gut instinct, you reached out a hand to one of them, and to your shock, something did get revealed under your touch like it was a chameleon and.....holy shit. It was some sort of 9-foot tall biomechanical bug, wearing bone-white armor with a marbled red pattern, making it look like blood was coating it. It's spikey forelimbs long enough for it to stand upright even on all fours, its dagger-shaped back legs, the third, more conventional arm that was jutting out its back, the massive thin crest sliding evenly into a pair of long slender fangs that made up the mask it was wearing as a substitute for an actual face. And those red eyes that it had.... you could tell that this was a observant, intelligent creature, assessing you that same way that you do to it. Before you could even scream or try to retaliate, it talks to you, the....creature evidently being very confused by its surroundings
This....this is not Karda Nui. The storms are not here, nor the other Makuta. I don't even think I am in Mata Nui anymore.... You! You tiny, organic.....fleshy.....thing, tell me what this place I find myself in is!
