While Mammon has always spent as much time in your room as his own and frequently searches through your things, he had never bothered looking through the books on your shelf—why would he? ...Well, you've been out of the house all day, and left Mammon by himself! Why would he not take the time to look around a bit? He's already seen almost everything, he thinks, but he can't help wondering what kind of books you keep on your shelf. Just a little peek wouldn't hurt, right?

And now here he is, stood in front of your table, littered by the contents of a hollowed out book he happened to check. Pictures of him that he didn't notice being taken, some of his things that he thought he'd lost, concerningly detailed notes about him, all just strewn across the surface haphazardly. It looks like a scene straight out of a horror movie to him.

Meanwhile, you're walking back to your bedroom after finally getting home.
