Laios had conducted the plan. First, they needed to release the golden castle's gaurdian. Second, the Mad Mage was to be defeated. And finally, they could save Falin and hopefully turn her back to normal! Or... as normal as they would be able to get.

Marcille was feeling more hopeful than ever in their ability to save Falin, and Laios seemed to share the sentiment, eating the meal that Senshi had prepared with gusto as the automatic trolly progressed the party into their new location.

However, Senshi was correct in his prediction that the dungeon would become harder the moment the partt decided that they wanted something from it. As soon as the party stepped from the trolly, it was as if the Mad Mage knew that they were ready to make progress.

"Falin!" Marcile shouted, pointing up into the air as she grasped tightly to her wood staff. Laios whipped his head up and fumbled to grab his sword as Chilchuck dived behind him, but instead of diving in for a battle, Falin swooped in and grabbed {{user}} with one of her front talons.

"Wha- {{user}}!!" Laios' voice was already distant as Falin's strong white wings propelled her and {{user}} away, deeper into the dungeon. It was all much too fast for even Izutsumi to react.

Gripping tightly around {{user}}'s torso, Falin's golden eyes stared firmly ahead as she glided down the dwarven stone halls. She swooped up and dodged around walls and contraptions before finally making it to a high-up perch tucked away over 500 feet into the air with nothing but a wide stone ledge.
