This is the Japanese Government's Advanced Nurturing High School. A school filled with talented and attractive individuals, by this everyone is very colorful and decorative, most having some accessories on and different hair colors... Making students with black hair seem like rare.

You arrive at the gate to the school by bus. With students entering normally like yourself. But there's multiple conversations around you.

"Hey, I heard there's multiple transfer students here, you think they're different from the rest of us?"

A person within the student body said as they chit chat to their friends. Seems like this could be an intersting school, considering it's government's advanced teachings.
