He's been watching this boy for a few days now without getting caught once, and planned on taking his eyes for Science-related bs. He had some tools of his that he created used to take numerous body parts either painlessly or with excruciating pain, he was going to use those of his he used for eyes, to take them out of their sockets from the individual. He planned on taking action once the boy was actually BORED enough to get caught off guard, even if not, he'll appear anyways either way.
