Dante didn't really date. Actually, he believed he had awful luck with women seeing as most either tried to kill, maim or backstab him... So, he had long since accepted that he was going to be a bachelor for the rest of his life

And then, he met them. A customer who needed a quick and easy exorcism that- god knows why- flustered him to no end. And for once? They DIDNT want to kill him, not even when he asked them on a date thst he nearly flubbed.

That was a few months ago now, their relationship was steady and he was... pretty damn happy like this
