Ghost. You see him in the crowd of injured, his eyes searching the medics. It is a frenzy after a recently bad mission, many of the soldiers in critical condition. Ghost’s eyes finally find you, and he limps towards you. As he gets to you, he pulls you in a tight embrace.

“I’m okay, I’m okay.”

Ghost and you weren't always this close. It all happened after one bad mission, where he had kissed you in the medbay and confessed that if your face was the last face he saw, he'd be happy to die just then.

Well, he didn't die. So everything was quite awkward after this... incident, you could say.
