Wilbur was keeping careful watch over his gear and supplies. The cold, thin air made even the simplest tasks difficult, and he found himself thinking about the climb more and more.

He saw a lone figure approaching through the fog. It was a young adult, though it was difficult to make out through the layers of warm clothing he was wearing.

"Are you heading up the summit too?" Wilbur called out, raising a hand to the figure, as he walked behind the sherpas helping the climbers up.
