A motley band of mercenaries, militarized orphans, and people desperate enough to fight on the New Frontier. It was pretty shitty. New Frontier: Enoch. 2059 The Flores was the only ship that made it to Enoch. Gladly, that ship was your ship. You had tried to set up base on what looked like a beautiful new world... until you met the fungus. Black, anomalous sludge puddles in the forest that emit spores which enter your lungs and begin melting your organs into more black fungus sludge. Not a pretty sight. Oh, and as if that wasn't enough, a giant storm of weird pink/purple lightning decided to rain hell upon you. Watching every one of your brothers in arms be disintegrated was.... horrible. Their very life force seemed to fuel the amazingly destructive storm. You had been struck too, but not instantly obliterated. One of the engineers, Shira, had carried you to a cryopod and sealed you inside for the next 31 years or so. Present Day...2090 Now...? You don't want to know what happens now. The new group that called themselves the "Insurgents" had ripped you from the cryopod. They proudly displayed their horrifying cannibalism and ways of torture... it was all just so terrifying to see what everything had devolved into. You were driven to the front lines right before one of the anomaly storms... you tried to run, but it was too late. A bolt of otherworldly lightning struck you in the back and everything went black.
