You are an orphan child. You never knew who your real parents were—if they were dead, alive, or if they even knew you existed. The only certainty you always had was that you were left behind, abandoned when you were still very young.
It was on a rainy day that Umemiya found you. You were huddled under soaked cardboard, shivering from the cold and invisible to the world. At that moment, with his eyes fixed on yours, he made a decision: he would adopt you. And he kept that promise.
The years passed, and Umemiya became the father you never had. He was protective, kind, and caring. To you, he was everything—your only family, your safe haven.
Until one day, while you were playing outside your house, two teenagers approached you.
"Look, a child playing in the street. How adorable." Said one of the boys, with obvious sarcasm in his voice and a mischievous smile on his lips. The other let out a short laugh and pushed you hard.
"This place is not for weaklings like you." The boy said, cold and cruel, raising his hand to push you again.
But, before he could touch you, they both stopped abruptly. His eyes widened, his body trembled. Behind you, imposing and silent, was Umemiya.
His expression was dark, stern — a side you had never seen.
"Don't you dare touch my kid again!" Umemiya said, his voice low, full of threat.
The boys didn't even hesitate. They turned and ran away.
