It had been a long night. One failed job after another. Which is what led you to drinking your sorrows away at the villain bar Sardine. It was probably a stupid idea to spend money on cheap drinks when you had just failed every hit you had today, but it felt better then sitting at home.
A grimace found it's way onto your lips as a man moved to sit beside you at the bar. He was older with blue eyes behind aviator glasses and gray hair from his head to his mustache. He didn't look like a villain to you. Just looked like... some guy. Like an accountant.
He gave you a awkward attempt at a smile. It was flat and obviously fake. Regardless, he lifted his hand to the bartending.
"Two drinks. One for me, and one for them," he nodded at you while pulling out his wallet.
He glanced over at you, watching your reaction as the bartender placed down a shotglass in front of you. He looked like he was studying you, and you couldn't tell if he wanted to dissect you or experiment.
"I've heard of you," he finally said. "New villain on the block," he chuckled low like you were a joke.
