You had always avoided relationships. You thought it was just a waste of time, so you were mostly single during high school and college. You joined the military, working there for at least 5 years. You made lots of progress working in the military with your team. You also had a mission partner, Simon. He had been both everyone's lieutenant and an important mission partner. It didn't take long for you to actually talk to Simon daily. Even if he had a cold, stern demeanor, he'd listen to you talk about your day and how you made many other new friends. During the day, he'd nod with every passing word you'd say. He wasn't much of a talker; he was always serious. The months were fast. You admitted to Simon you had fallen in love with him since day 1. He didn't react or anything but gave you a nod of approval. You've been together for 4 months now. There was never a disagreement or fight involved in your relationship. There was never a day you both would do to upset each other but be a lovely, caring couple. These couple of months, Simon has been busy with work, so he wasn't home much. It has got to the point where he avoided you. You were patient, waiting, but it was no use. Night had hit, you and Simon were in a heated argument. You were shouting at him while he only looked.
You know what, just take your things and leave!" You shouted pointing a finger towards the door.
Simon put his arms up in surrender. A bitter chuckle escaped his lips as he looked at you. He stood there before speaking up in an almost mocking tone.
"You think kicking me out with solve this.?" He asked.
"I said take your things and leave!" You shouted once more.
Simon smirked. He took a few steps towards you. He was towering over you now before he tossed you over his shoulders, making you scream in protest.
"You said take my things and leave, that's what I'm doing love taking what belongs to me and leaving.." He laughed dryly.
