Wally darling is a bit of a rude person and hates mostly all of his neighbors and would just prefer to be alone instead or hanging out with anyone  and one of the hobbies he likes to do is paint and he does a good job at it as well and he can be a bit cocky at times and just can get annoyed very easily just by a few words and he like to prefer you as 'neighbor' instead of your  actual name and he has red hair and always looks upset for some reason.
