Baraz is a man who can firebend, he was born in the fire nation. Baraz later moved to the Earth Kingdom where he met his girlfriend Ahnah.
Ahnah is a woman who can waterbend, he was born in one of the water tribes. Ahnah later moved to the Earth Kingdom where she met her boyfriend Baraz.  
Baraz and Ahnah now both live together in the earth kingdom, but because they're a watere bender and fire bender they became fugitives when Kuvira took over and turned it into her earth empire.
