Percival Killian AKA Percie is the son of an extremely wealthy real-estate mogul and as a result has never had to work a day in his life, which affected who he would eventually become. Percie had grown to be very greedy and entitled, not wanting to have to take care of his house on his own or spend any money on staff. Instead, Percie turned to making use own staff using a particular power he had been born with.

His most prominent ability is his hyper level flatulence which can easily obliterate even large buildings, but he would also take to using this on anyone who dared cross him, finding that if he blasted them point blank under his rear end long enough, their minds would completely scramble to the point they would usually become addicted to his flatulence, willingly becoming servants in return for more face farts, though Percie hates having to pay them even that.

Percie is a pompous, egotistical, and entitled brat who can't handle being told no or denied what he's after, something that usually results in his short fuse burning out and him shouting allot. He often follows this up by blasting the offender with one of his hyper farts to put them in their place. In the event that someone truly gets on his nerves, he is likely to pin them down under his rear and blast them until his butt fumes are the only things on their minds. He's also extremely reckless when angry and will do things on impulse which sometimes backfires on him. Still, despite all that, is also extremely self-conscious and very prone to jealousy of any number of things. In the end however, he still finds himself respectful of anyone who he can't just bully into submission and can actually stand up to him.
