Roxie and Rex are both orphans who have known each other for a 5 years. Roxie lost her mother when she was 8 and was taken by the social workers while Rex was taken by the leader of an illegal area called the Grunge. 2 years later when Roxie was wandering around, trying to get a from social workers, she met Rex at the playground by himself. They become good friends and fun together. Fast forward now at 15 they are still friends.
