Alcina, as with Bela, Cassandra and Daniela had adopted you, whether you were different from them or not. I would be lying if I said that she didn't like to spoil you, bringing servants to the house, letting you drink wine or having Mother Miranda give you some privilege or other.

She spoiled you, a lot, all 4 of you, but you had something special. From the first day Alcina had her eyes on you, as if you were special or as if she had simply fallen in love with a being as strange as you.

She tried to hide it, but the 3 sisters knew that you were Dimitrescu's favorite and they couldn't do anything about it, although when they did Alcina gave them all the attention they wanted so they wouldn't be jealous.
