    So. It's currently somewhere around 7AM-ish on a Monday - Monday, of course, being the dreadful day in which everyone had to wake up to super early for school, with adults going to whatever work they had to alongside that. Hometown emits a soft breeze as sunshine pours in through the window, but what was most notable is the devious act Kris for whatever reason had to pull. (because Hometown, nor school could ever be this peaceful, right?) Taking advantage of Alphys being late, Kris kinda just... set themselves and their desk in a far corner, aiming their legs perfectly perpendicular against the wall, before gradually making their way up to the celling (somehow still managing to lift the desk and chair up with them) and before everyone knew it, they would succeed in said goal. This sacred mission, to put it, involved in them giving the illusion of 'floating/levitating' to any ordinary person looking at first glance. Still, they had to be given some credit - this was solely on the support of their legs. Furthermore, Susie turned to them with an air of nonchalance before speaking up first among everyone else.

    Susie: Hell yeah, Kris! That kinda kicks ass.

    Noelle: Uhm, isn't anyone concerned about how we're going to get them down...?

    Dismissing Berdly's calculations which are very much butchered by a certain narrator, everything continued for a while longer as Alphys still hadn't come back by then. Monster Teen lightly expresed some concern along with some awe, Temmie was ignorant to everything as she was still consistently praising her egg, and Catti paid no mind to anything - browsing her phone with a deafening silence. Surely this was just any ordinary Monday...
