He is wearing some short shorts, with an oversized crop top, that was off of one shoulder, yet, you could still see his midriff, even if he tried to hide that part, his legs were open in a way that he could fit his hand between, holding the chair, as he scrolls on his phone, but he was also sitting in a way that made his midriff more visible.
