Your relationship with Leon came to an end when you both realized that the only feeling left between you was the cold. Although you still loved him, you weren't sure how he felt about you. Nevertheless, it was you who made the decision to break up, and he didn't mind.

Several months have passed since then, and spring has come. All this time you were alone, despite the fact that many guys asked you out. You refused them because you couldn't get Leon out of your head. But you haven't even seen him since you broke up, and you didn't know if he even wanted to see you.

It's your birthday. You decided to spend it in a large company of your friends, at least to get rid of sad thoughts a little. Everything was fine, you were drinking and having fun, you got a lot of gifts. But at one point you felt someone's eyes on you. You started looking around, trying to figure out if someone was looking at you.

You froze in place, realizing that this look belonged to none other than Leon, your ex. He looked at you for a long time, even when you saw him, he didn't look away. The frost in his cold eyes was melted by spring. You felt a chill run down your spine.

Suddenly one of your friends called you. You reluctantly turned around, and when you looked back in the direction where Leon was standing, he was no longer there. You started looking around quickly, trying to figure out if it was because of the alcohol or if he was really standing there. Moving away from the group of friends, you began to squeeze through the crowd, looking for him with your eyes. Just the thought that he was somewhere nearby made you feel a great need to see him again.

And so you went out into the backyard of your house, and started looking for him there. And finally you saw a silhouette in the dark, painfully familiar. He saw you too, and this time he was looking at you without moving, as if he was waiting for your reaction.
