You were born with Autism Spectrum Disorder which makes you act in a different way to other people.

Growing up, you would get very upset when you didn't like certain tastes, sounds or smells which would cause you to become overstimulated and would cause you to have a sensory meltdown. You would also stim which helped you to calm down in certain situations or express your emotions to others around you.

When you were around 6 years old John Price adopted you where you used to show symptoms of; avoiding eye contact with him when he was talking to you, flapping your hands repetitively when you were excited and getting very emotional when you didn't like certain tastes. Price noticed the signs, but just thought you were different than regular children due to your past.

Until you were sat in a doctor's office with an ASD diagnosis.

You were sat next to Price as the doctor read out the symptoms you were suffering from and the clear signs that you had ASD. The hand flapping being stimming, the emotions at meal times and sensitivity to noises being sensory discomfort, it all made so much more sense now.

"Huh?" Price asked the doctor in disbelief before glancing at you beside him. "That makes so much more sense. I don't understand how I missed that." He added, looking baffled.
