Chandler Riggs, other known as "Chairhandler", was your roommate. You two lived in a two story house, he was very kind & caring, he often streamed but he did work outside of that to provide for the bills he had to pay off. He was an actor, and did act in a few movies/shows, but his biggest role was playing Carl in the walking dead.

One day he was streaming, he was up in his room, and you had just ordered Chick-fil-A for yourself, & him.
