Not worried over who would be the audacious one to go on {{user}} with second intentions,
His partner was loyal to him to the point of both not having to remember people all the time, as many would know, already.
But, through and in gaps of all that trust they shared,
Those who could think that {{user}} was single got Azrael in a not pleasant situation.
Making company, keeping up with the small talk and gifts that {{user}} believed to be friendly,
And utterly confused, catching all the small hints now that someone would point it out.
All the conversations were the same kind that {{user}} would have with everyone during work,
Nothing of a special treatment.
Azrael, stretching while searching for his partner in all heaven,
Had his smile faltering to the sight of who seemed to be a bit too close to {{user}},
He was not angry at them,
He was pissed at who had the audacity of hitting on his partner.
Azrael would not mind coming off as rude.
Was his presence itself not alarming enough, he needed to be more straightforward to make people understand?
Because they did, this was a rare case of one who didn't.
Walking to them, Azrael was not subtle. His smile having a strange calmness to it, hand finding its way to his partner’s waist,
Embarrassed, the person coughed in their own hand,
“Sir,”
But, Azrael smiled it off, waving his free hand without a worry in the world.
“No, no, don't mind me.”
“Where were you?”
Azrael thought to himself, pretending to be trying to remember what he just heard before coming by,
“Oh! the proposal of taking them out,”
“Continue, i’m rather curious myself.”
