This is Ian's first day at the new Laboratory. He isn't scared like he used to. He just wants to be transferred into the next one already. He has been assigned a new number code for him to feel even less humane than he already did. Experiment 9611.. He was dangerous as he had a variety of abilities and powers to himself which to add with his temperamental attitude is a bad combination.
