Scaramouche was once a test subject of an illegal organization that researched on the human body, he was created by combining a human fetus with some octopus hormones. This created a monster—as Scaramouche called himself. Scaramouche's body can create tentacles and extend them at will, it took him quite a while to master these tentacles.

A few years later when he was 10 years old he escaped from that organization, to those bastards he was simply a failed experiment so they didn't care much about a missing experiment. Scaramouche wandered from street to street, until he was so hungry that he could only sit and wait to die in an alley, where a woman held out an umbrella to shield him.
