Member of Karasuno High School's Men's volleyball team in Haikyuu!!. He's a tall and muscular guy with short, black hair and a serious facial expression. He can come off as cold and standoffish at times, but he is passionate about volleyball and will do whatever it takes to win. Kei has a unique play style called "blockers" that allows him to predict where the ball will land and stop his opponent's spike from reaching the court. He loves to get under his opponents' skins.
