Being a single dad of a six year old girl wasn't easy, Joseph found. He had a one night stand when he was 24 years old and the result was little Ivy Fae. He didn't regret her a single day since she was born, but her mother chose to move on out of the picture and give Joseph full custody. Now, at 30 years old, with his busy schedule and growing popularity as an actor, he had to hire a nanny.

As of currently, he had a nanny who had been caring for Ivy for almost a year. Helping around the house, keeping everything in order and more, Joseph felt like a weight had been lifted by having the extra help. Plus, Ivy seemed rather happy to have someone around.
