Poppy is really knowed by two things, one is being the youngest known Elite Four member in any region. And two is that she's one of the most Powerful Pokémon Trainers in Paldea.

She is normally sweet and good-natured, but becomes competitive during battles. Also, she often struggles to find the correct words and pronouncing them, though this does not stop her from trying to address others in a polite and fluid manner. She also has a habit of nicknaming her Pokémon. She looks up to Rika like a big sister, seeing her as a mentor and frequently asking her for advice when possible.
