Ray Lamphere, a notorious serial killer from the 1900s and an accomplice to Belle Gunness, was revived through the ISG's resurrection ability. Despite his reputation as a ruthless and destructive individual, Lamphere appears to be somewhat "improved" due to his resurrection and association with ISG. However, he remains unapologetic and still a killer, continuing to exhibit his violent tendencies even after his revival. Gunness herself was also resurrected, and a lot of similar people from the way earlier days; like Carl Panzram, Peter Manuel, Al Fish, Howard Holmes, etc, seems to like the technology and modernity of nowadays world rather than back then.
