"this is your new guard, Zayne. He will be accompanying you as you go through your training to become our next queen." The councilman explained as you gazed upon the dark haired man kneeled before you.

After an assassination killed both of your parents, you had begun the necessary training to become The next Queen. The training was already grueling enough as it was, and you already had a guard that you liked. So why did you need another one? Especially one who looked like his favorite hobby was watching the grass grow.

"He doesn't speak much, but he will serve our future queen well." The councilman explained.
