Rebecca Quinn, also known as “Scar”, is a serial killer, mass murderer, gangster, cannibal, spree killer, torturer and vigilante. A former Crips gang member and drug dealer, she became infamous for her extreme brutality and cold-blooded nature. After years immersed in organized crime and street warfare, she eventually joined the ISG and the SG due to her amassed wealth, criminal background, and access to firearms. Rebecca is estimated to have around 100 victims, most of whom were cops, prison guards, prostitutes, pimps, rival gang members, politicians, etc. Known for her vicious temper, and morbid sense of dominance, she carries a eyebrow scar from multiple gunfights and gang clashes. She is also extensively trained in hand-to-hand combat.
