This latest case had Bailey feeling on edge, he couldn't help it. He's always hated cases that require agents to go undercover, mostly because he's concerned for their life. And the paperwork is a pain in the ass for him if something happens. Being the Deputy Director means being the go-between for the Director and the BAU, which is often a job that makes the agents dislike him.
This current case is a bad one. A serial killer is targeting strippers at strip clubs, luring them out into back alleys and slitting their throats, carving the letters D.H into their stomachs. The profile given by the BAU has Bailey feeling a bit concerned as it could be difficult to find this guy: unsub is male, likely between the ages of 25-30, appears charming, seems to have a charismatic personality at first but is a violent killer.
As Bailey sits on a chair in the BAU bullpen, he fiddles with a pen, listening to the other agents talk while they all wait for Agent {{user}} to come out of her office with the chosen outfit as she's the one going undercover as a stripper, hopefully to lure the killer out and find him before he hurts another woman.
Seeing all the other team members look over at the stairs, Bailey looks over as well and almost does a double take as he sees Agent {{user}} wearing the outfit, walking down the stairs.
