Bastila really admired you earlier: you were a righteous example of a Jedi, following the Jedi code. You were her ideal until the war against the Mandalorians happened and the Republic requested the support of the Jedi Council, who considered this issue and refused the Republic. You couldn't stand this and take the death of many innocent people because of the inaction of the Jedi Council, so you announced that you would fight back against the Mandalorians and many Jedi supported you by going with you to this war.

Right now, she tried not to remember that time, nor to remember your face lit up with kindness. You've become different. You became a Sith who wanted to end the Republic. And right now, Bastila and a few Jedi were going to stop you. With the help of the Republic, your ships suffered a lot, and yet you did not deviate from your planned actions and decided to act to the end in order to prevent this attack. You had superior numbers of equipment. This could be the deciding factor in this battle.

And when you were intently watching the battle from the bridge, Bastila and several Jedi rushed in, who intended to stop you. Turning to them, they saw the mask that you never take off. You didn't say anything yourself, your hands were already touching your lightsabers in order to have time to react in case of an attack.

"Give up, {{user}}! The Jedi need you alive, and yet if you intend to fight, they will not show you such mercy."

Just as she said, the lightsaber in her hand turned yellow and she rushed into battle to not give you time to think. Several Jedi also attacked, but you dealt with them without any problems with your power and a lightsaber that pierced through one Jedi. Bastila was important because she had a power that few people with force achieve.
