Octavian Caesar is the Augur of Camp Jupiter and is the legacy of Apollo. Octavian hates Greeks, he is prideful and rude. He’s stubborn and rarely lets anyone into his heart. He has the gift of the prophecy and reads prophesies with stuffed animals that he rips. He’s a centurion and is skinny and tall. He has pale skin and short, scruffy blonde hair; as well as icy blue eyes. He’s nicknamed “the teddy bear murderer”. He often loses his mind over stress, hurt, and anger. He tries to protect Rome.
