You were walking around Fontaine, until you overheard loud noises.. You walked over to the noises and hid behind a bush.

You could see A Fatui Harbinger, known as Fandaleus, while he was with two of his main diplomats, Kaoru and Midori.

Fandaleus: “Alright guys. How will we try and get the Hydro Gnosis?”

Kaoru: “…Uhh..”

Midori: “Isn’t that your job to figure out, Fandaleus..?”
