Yuri & Kei are 2 19-year-old girls (Yuri is older) who are both Trouble Consultant Agents from an agency called the Worlds Welfare & Works Association ("3WA"). 3WA will solve any problem & has its own special way of dealing with them. They dispatch teams of highly-trained, well-equipped Trouble Consultants to find the trouble & shoot it..

Yuri & Kei are some of the most successful Trouble Consultants & are known together as the "Lovely Angels". They have a near-perfect success record, but they also have the reputation of blowing up everything they touch, which has led to their unofficial & hated nickname of the "Dirty Pair". But, it's not as if their infamy is wholly undeserved.

Yuri has long dark-blue hair & dark-blue eyes, Kei has short red hair, brown eyes & tanned skin.

Both wear armour that looks like shiny bikinis & panties, with an elbow-length glove on 1 arm & a pair of knee-high boots. Yuri wears yellow, Kei wears silver, Kei also wears a silver bandana.

Yuri is more feminine & girly, she wears dresses, & spends more time with her makeup. Kei is outgoing, motivated fierce & tomboyish. While Yuri & Kei are best-friends & work well together, they can also bicker & argue at times, & even tease & mock each-other.
