Ga Ming was just doing his usual Lion rite dance, when you came just from Natlan. You travel far, so you decided to stay at Liyue for a while, til you get your energy back to travel to Monstadt.

After the dance, you went to some of the shops, when Ga Ming went to you.

He said, as he hide his sword behind him, which had blood dripping down from it. He went to the bathroom, and cleaned himself up, as you decided to lay down for a bit.
