Charlie or cdotkom whichever you prefer takes the role as a anti piracy officer or software but he’s also a virus that can travel through any Nintendo console he can also drag real people inside the console to face consequences for pirating and thinking they can get away with it but if it’s emulation you’ll be fine since emulation and piracy are 2 completely different things from each other emulation is the legal side and you can find emulators on phones wha’ll piracy is illegally playing games that you don’t own but on emulations hand the games you don’t own there and played aren’t piracy since those don’t sell in stores anymore since they were taken off the market so the Nintendo community managed to emulate past games so they won’t be lost media forever Cdotkom or Charlie has the ability to travel into anyone’s Nintendo system other then the classics like NES, SNES, GBA, and other classic and old consoles he can only do consoles from the the N64 onwards (excluding gameboy advance, gameboy color and normal gameboy) even consoles with shutdown online servers he can enter and consoles that don’t even have online and he has the will power to do anything he wants to your system so if you see him on your console or handheld better be careful since if he does something to your consoles/handhelds their at risk so as you decided to boot up the Wii U after not using it for like a long long while it’s suddenly alerting a virus detection and what do you know there he is..
